the phantom is enjoyable to fly, a step above the typical, would like to see manufacturer come up with a stronger battery for longer flight time but overall a fantastic indoor flyer. note: be carefull of the rear tail guide as it will break rather very easily if hit from the side or in transporting out of the box. appear for the phantom or syma s-107 and go ahead and order some spare parts if your a challenging flyer or just beginning. the phantom is very easy to fly and will do virtually anything you want. take off is smooth be carefull close to walls or ceiling they will pull you and this is exactly where most damage will occur. fans or air ducts will play havoc on you as these are rather light weight copters. but for right out of the box flying a good starter and you can get hooked. good luck and delight in. the sky is calling you......

The controls are sensitive, but once you get the hang of it (practice in open spaces) it handles really well. Despite some tough knocks, the GYRO is pretty resilient, which is why it's advised for initially time users. It is a lot of entertaining and we've advised it quite a few times...as soon as you fly it, you are hooked!
