Bad luck. Ordered as a Christmas gift from reseller in USA mainly because of cost and really good seeking Bell model. I live in Ottawa, Canada and picked it up in Ogdensburg, NY -a 4 hrs drive back and forth. This is my third RC heli and the worst. Something wrong with the motors - tail spins like crazy even with trim. Have to use rudder control all the time. Battery began to drain seriously fast following each flight. Initial battery charge was 50 mins for a 6 mins flight. Now it charges in 30 mins but flight lasts only four mins prior to starts shaking and spinning out of control. Reseller was kind to offer you the reimbursement but shipping from Canada or driving to Ogdensburg expenses significantly more than the heli. Not worth. Stay away from this heli. Jose.

The wind will push this factor away but it nevertheless flys, I crashed from about 100 feet and it survived with just a cracked windshield and lost tail rotor, fortunately it comes with a spare tail rotor so it was up and operating in a handful of seconds. I consider this is a wonderful worth,
